Heya Pretty!

I sure do hope you're keeping very well! I'm happy and dandy! I've been eating a lot of green, organic food lately and quite frankly I've seen a tremendous improvement in my general wellbeing. I don't know about you, but whenever I decide to eat healthier, my mind and spirit feel better as well. There's something truly holistic about consciously caring for your body!! :-)

In this YouTube video, I get into all the deets on 4 power foods that I've been faithfully reaching for this year!

In brief, these are:

1. Manuka Honey

2. Aloe Vera Juice

3. Coconut Water

4. Nudie Juice

Have a suss below, and don't forget to like, comment & subscribe!

Oh a little note on Nudie Juice:

Nudie Juice was founded in 2003 by a small group of friends who loved to squeeze fresh fruit to make their own juice. They thought that people might be interested in drinking what they made, so they bottled it and sold it to retailers. They have a pretty AMAZING brand story - read more here. After what they've been through to see their dreams come true, I'm more than inspired to keep hustling! Haha! :-)

Oh a little note on Manuka Honey:

1. Manuka honey has an antibacterial component that sets it apart from other honeys. This activity is stable and doesn't lose its potency when exposed to dilution, heat or light.

2. Manuka honey has been found to be effective against a range of bacteria including Helicobacter pylori (which causes most stomach ulcers); Escherichia coli (the most common cause of infected wounds) and Streptococcus pyogenes (which causes sore throats).

3. Manuka honey is antimicrobial and antiviral. It is also an antioxidant that can help to increase vitality and immunity. Trials have indicated that manuka honey can heal wounds and skin ulcers that haven't responded to standard treatments.

Do you have any power foods you reach for frequently? What are they and how do you use them? I'd love to know, so feel free to leave me a note down below!

Lots and lots of love and sunshine!

Tabitha.
