#CravingYellowCommunity Blog Hangout!! (2x4)

Thanks for taking part in the ongoing #CravingYellowCommunity Blog Hangout! In case you're wondering what I'm going on about, see Day 1 here.

This blog hang out is a chance for us to connect, rejuvenate, share, laugh, reminisce, exchange, heal...whatever you like! I'm giving you all the freedom to use this space for your end year cleanse and reflection. Each new year that we are gifted is a chance to press the re-start button in any area of our lives.

I cherish times with my girlfriends and I love to learn from their experiences. So feel free to respond to any of the prompts below or on the previous post. Also, if you feel the need for privacy, feel free to use a pseudonym if you want to air your views anonymously.

1. Name one person in your life that has made all the difference this year.

2. What aspect about yourself have you grown to love this year?

3. What is your absolute favourite movie or series of the year?

4. What's been difficult this year? What/Whom have you lost?

5. What are your holy grail beauty products of the year?

I'll just give my quick response to question 1, because this post after all, is all about YOU!!

Alrighty, so for me, there are several people who've made ALL the difference this year! First off, my academic advisor, Prof. Munemo. All my former schoolmates know that I sang his praises day and night - he is the most giving and humble Professor you'll ever meet. He went above and beyond to ensure that I graduated with flying colors and that my transition to Aussie was smooth. See this post here for details.

Secondly, I'd have to say my parents and my brother. Mann, you should have seen them struggling to pack my 6 suitcases into our rental car after graduation. My Mum, Dad and I then spent 2 hours repacking all six suitcases to ensure that they were under 50 pounds. They didn't even complain, they came through. 200%. Full on. They carried me through to the finish line, having walked with me from kindergarten. They gave me their full, selfless support at a time when I needed them the most. I'm grateful beyond words for their undying love and support.

Thirdly, I'd have to say my booboolove. This man. Thisssss maaann!!! I'm telling you ladies, I didn't think it was possible to find a love so pure on this planet! I couldn't have asked God for a more supportive and generous partner! I'm really excited for what 2016 will mean for us! (Stay tuned, *wink wink*)

And lastly, but certainly not the least of them all, "Mrs. Turner". As I mentioned in this post here, I am yet to meet a more humble, selfless and generous woman. She took me into her home at a time when I was desperately in need of support. She rose to the occasion and offered of herself to see me gain stability. She's God's angel here on earth!

That's all from me..! I'd LOVE to know what your year has been in response to the prompts below.

1. Name one person in your life that has made all the difference this year.

2. What aspect about yourself have you grown to love this year?

3. What is your absolute favourite movie or series of the year?

4. What's been difficult this year? What/Whom have you lost?

5. What are your holy grail beauty products of the year?

Please, feel free, feel most welcome. This space is for YOU! :-)

Love and Sunshine,

Tabitha.
